Honesty with oneself, goes a long way. I noticed that it may be very challenging to see things in oursleves that we probably have been supressing or not giving much thought about because it is too heavy to look within, only to find out looking within for our answers and like you say being honest, does eventually bring about rewards in the forms of personal growth. Nice post with great insight! Thanks for sharing your story here.

part and parcel to this is ‘getting real’ and facing issues.
for the last 25 years, as a therapist, entrepreneur, inventor, consultant, mentor and coach, i’ve found that those who gained ’sustained’ results were those who adopted the philosophy of ‘accentuating the positive and ILLUMINATING the negative’, not ignore or repress negative issues and challenges but rather they face, follow and fix them.
